Film festival starts from Sunday

August 3, 2010, The Fourth edition of film festival is started on Sunday that was organized by technical union of Nepali films—the Nepal Film Technical Board.The program was inagurated by the Minister of Information and Technology Shankar Pokhrel. The program will be continue upto  15 days and there will be shown 31 nepali film with in 15 days.

Director Shovit Basnet was conferred with a special honour for his decade-long contribution to Nepali cinema. Santu Tamang, president of the Board, said, “We have been organising this festival regularly to contribute to the development of the film industry.”

Two Film will be shown per days at 11:30 Am and 02:30 PM. The ticket price of the film is Rs.100. The festival will last till Aug. 15.
